We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys organized work, pays attention to the small details, and takes pride in getting things right.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll help keep our records accurate and up to date. You’ll work with information from different sources, enter and maintain data in our systems, and make sure records are complete and easy for others to access. While the work can be routine at times, your accuracy and consistency are important to the day-to-day success of the team.

What You’ll Do

Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and spreadsheets.
Review data for accuracy and correct errors when needed.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
Compare information from different sources and identify missing or incorrect details.
Handle documents and information with care and maintain confidentiality.
Assist other team members with basic administrative and data-related tasks.
Keep track of completed work and meet daily or weekly deadlines.
Communicate with team members when information is unclear or additional details are needed.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Good typing and data entry skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks without losing focus.
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful, but we’re also open to candidates who are willing to learn.
