Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Vermont. This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a healthcare administrator with a strong background in long-term care operations, regulatory compliance, financial management, staff development, and resident-centered care.

Salary Range: $127,795 – $191,692
Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

Required Qualifications

Active Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
Vermont Nursing Home Administrator License (or eligibility to obtain).
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience.
Previous experience as an LNHA or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong leadership, operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

5–10+ years of Nursing Home Administrator experience.
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
Experience leading skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care communities.
Proven success improving quality measures, survey outcomes, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall operational and administrative leadership for the facility.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, staffing, and resource management.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction programs.
Develop and mentor department leaders and staff.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.
Lead strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
Monitor facility performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement.
Ensure a safe, compliant, and resident-centered environment.
Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
