We excited to offer an opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher to join a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working together for a 0.6 job share (Mon to Weds each week) for the Summer term. Paid to scale from day 1.

Maths and IT specialism would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 5 curriculum
Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Year 5 or a similar key stage
A passion for helping children develop a love of learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong classroom management and organisational abilities
A positive, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching

Keeping Children Safe in Education
