Comalli Group is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Maintenance Sales Representative to help grow our electrical maintenance business throughout Vermont. This role is about building real relationships, getting in front of customers, identifying problems, and helping businesses keep their electrical systems safe, reliable, and running.
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, organized, comfortable talking with people, and willing to put in the work to build a territory and long-term customer relationships. This is a great fit for someone with outside sales experience or someone from the electrical, construction, facilities, or service industry who naturally connects well with customers.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Develop and grow electrical maintenance agreement sales within assigned territory
🔹Complete required company training, safety certifications, and continuing education courses to maintain and expand technical knowledge and skills.
🔹Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building
🔹Identify new market opportunities and think proactively about ways to grow the business
🔹Maintain consistent sales and prospecting activity to support sales goals and performance expectations
🔹Conduct customer meetings, site visits, system evaluations, and solution presentations
🔹Prepare proposals and follow up on open opportunities
🔹Support maintenance agreement renewals and ongoing customer relationships
🔹Maintain organized sales activity and pipeline documentation
🔹Work closely with operations and service teams to support customer success
🔹Represent Comalli Group in a professional, positive, and customer-focused manner at all times
What We’re Looking For:
âś” Sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience required
✔Someone comfortable building relationships and starting conversations with new people
✔Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
✔Self-motivated and able to work independently
✔Electrical, construction, facilities, mechanical, or service industry experience preferred
✔Someone who’s proactive, dependable, and willing to learn
✔Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range of $55,000 – $65,000 annually depending on experience
- Performance-based uncapped commission structure, paid quarterly, with additional incentives tied to sales growth and recurring maintenance agreements
