Role Description
This full-time Clinician role is an on-site position located in Plainfield, Vermont. The Clinician will provide individual and group therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to treatment planning and case management for our clients. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising therapeutic interventions, maintaining clinical documentation, and supporting residents in their journey towards achieving goals in mental health, education, and independent living. The Clinician will work directly with a diverse population of young adults within a supportive residential setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and case management
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Familiarity with mental health treatment approaches and techniques
- Experience in teaching independent living skills or offering career and educational guidance
- Licensed or license-eligible as a clinician (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, or equivalent)
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive residential environment
