We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide both in-office and on-road respiratory and home medical equipment support services throughout Vermont coverage areas including Rutland, Montpelier, and South Burlington.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide respiratory and patient support services in both clinical office settings and patient homes
- Support CPAP/BiPAP setup, refit services, and patient education
- Assist with trach/ventilator and suction-related services
- Provide cough assist support and related respiratory care
- Travel throughout assigned coverage areas to complete patient visits and service calls
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with clinical leadership
- Deliver compassionate care while ensuring compliance with company and healthcare standards
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
- Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Combination of in-office and on-road responsibilities
- No on-call requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active LPN license in Vermont
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Comfortable working independently in both office and field environments
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel throughout assigned counties/coverage areas
- Experience with respiratory or home medical equipment services preferred
