Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator
The RN Coordinator supports the Health Services team and residents by providing comprehensive clinical coordination in accordance with Vermont Resident Care Home Level III regulations. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) and the Administrator.
Position Requirements
- Active State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact licenses accepted)
- Successful completion of background checks
- Proficiency with the following systems (training available as needed):
- PointClickCare (Electronic Health Record)
- Humanity Scheduling
- Microsoft Outlook
- Paydata Payroll
- Indeed (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the DNS and Administrator with daily operations
- Assist with care coordination and orders for an average resident census of 40
- Assist with oversight of Health Services team of 45–50 members, including nurses.
- Assist with onboarding and ensuring completion of initial and annual competencies.
- Assist with oversight of Payroll Time Clock
- Assist with oversight of Humanity staff scheduling
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with flex for on-call and off-shift trainings.
- Emergency-only On-call rotation, typically week on-week off
- No holidays
Compensation
- $40-42 per hour
- Incentive shift bonuses available when supporting nurse shift coverage.
