- Required Qualifications: Valid AHA (American Heart Association) BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications; minimum of 2 years of in-unit experience; charge experience; EPIC electronic medical record experience from the past 2 years; previous travel experience (at least 1 assignment)
- Additional Information:
- Assignment duration: 6 weeks
- Travel allowance based on distance: $105 for 51-100 miles, $100 for local up to 50 miles, $95 for less than 50 miles
- No floating required
- Must be flexible with schedule for holidays and weekends, with at least every other weekend scheduled
- Bi-weekly orientation on Mondays
- Reliable transportation is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type required for submission
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the unit and patient care
