Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate / Utility Installer Support position is responsible for assisting with warehouse organization, material handling, product preparation, deliveries, and supporting window and door installation teams as needed.
This role is a key part of ensuring our installation operations run smoothly and efficiently while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
- Receive and organize incoming products and materials
- Prepare jobs and materials for upcoming installations
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
- Deliver materials and supplies to job sites when needed
- Support warehouse safety procedures
Utility / Installer Support Duties
- Assist installation crews onsite as needed
- Help transport windows, doors, tools, and materials
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Help protect customer homes during installations
- Learn installation procedures and product handling
- Support installers with various labor tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with homeowners
Qualifications
· 2+ years warehouse, construction, or installation experience preferred
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
· Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Work Environment
Combination of warehouse and residential job sites. Physical role requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and working in seasonal weather conditions.
