Job Title: DSS L1 / Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a DSS L1 / Desktop Support Engineer for a 5-month full-time project in Burlington, Massachusetts, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and deskside support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Handle user account administration and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and applications.
- Resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and end-user computing environments.
- Coordinate with remote technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets.
- Ensure compliance with client IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis.
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Onsite onboarding will be provided.
- Engineer badge will be issued by the client.
- Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.
