Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Vermont. This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a healthcare administrator with a strong background in long-term care operations, regulatory compliance, financial management, staff development, and resident-centered care.

- Salary Range: $127,795 – $191,692

Required Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
- Vermont Nursing Home Administrator License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience.
- Previous experience as an LNHA or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership, operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of Nursing Home Administrator experience.
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience leading skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care communities.
- Proven success improving quality measures, survey outcomes, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall operational and administrative leadership for the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, staffing, and resource management.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction programs.
- Develop and mentor department leaders and staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.
- Lead strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and resident-centered environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
