Cheeks Luxury Skin Clinic is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our high end skin clinic. We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a polished presence to every interaction, with a proven ability to attract and cultivate new clients. This role includes prospecting and business development, such as cold calling, door to door outreach, and building connections within the community. We're excited to meet a dynamic, self motivated, confident, and results oriented professional. Someone who excels at creating meaningful client relationships and contributes the day to day operations of our clinic. A passion for skincare and the beauty industry is appreciated. Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and clinic, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Develop tailored strategies to strengthen client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and support retention initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver personalized solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Analyze client feedback and usage data to recommend improvements or new features that enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer relationship management with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights and make informed recommendations for account growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis techniques that support customer engagement initiatives.
