We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer with
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to join our team in
Georgia, USA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, integration, and solution design, with a strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and best practices.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security models.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing ongoing support and enhancements.
- Participate in release management activities, including CI/CD implementations and deployment planning.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the Salesforce team.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce Pages
- SOQL and SOSL
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Salesforce Security and Sharing Model
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- Salesforce DX and source-driven development
- Git-based version control systems
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.
