About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business goals.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
- Support data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies and recommending improvements.
- Assist in designing and implementing data models and analytical frameworks.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
