About Keene Perspectives
Keene Perspectives is a growing behavioral health organization located in White River Junction, Vermont. We provide center-based early intervention services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for young children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodiverse profiles.
We are currently hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (35 or 40 hours per week).
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 direct services to young learners ages 2-6
- Implement teaching programs and behavior support plans designed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, play, and adaptive skill development
- Collect data using electronic systems
- Complete daily session documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and families
- Problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Engage actively with children through play, movement, and learning activities

Experience working with autistic individuals, children with behavioral needs, or ABA is preferred but not required.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, special education, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow treatment plans and teaching procedures designed by a BCBA
- Ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and complete written documentation
- Ability to maintain appropriate levels of energy and engagement throughout the day
Schedule
Services are provided Monday-Friday, year-round.
35-Hour Position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Bi-monthly staff meetings until 4:30 PM
40-Hour Position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Bi-monthly staff meetings until 4:30 PM
Compensation
Starting pay is determined by education, relevant experience, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification status.
Starting Hourly Rates
- High School Diploma: $20.00/hour
- Associate Degree: $20.50/hour
- Bachelor's Degree: $21.00/hour
Additional Pay Information
- Onboarding Training Rate: $20.00/hour (first four weeks)
- Behavior Technician Pay Scale: $20.00-$25.00/hour
Training & Professional Development
We provide a comprehensive onboarding and training program designed to gradually introduce you to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and help you build confidence in the role.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
