Compensation & Earning Potential
· $50,000 – $60,000 annually
· Combination of hourly pay (based on experience) + performance-based commission.
This role offers strong earning potential for individuals motivated by customer interaction and performance-based rewards. This position is designed as a developmental path into Orientation Product Sales and ultimately our RV Sales Department, where top performers can advance into roles with earning potential up to $165,000 per year.
About the Role
Pete’s RV Center is seeking an RV Orientation & Delivery Specialist - a hybrid role that combines customer education, delivery coordination, and Consumer Product Sales.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn, customer-focused, and motivated to grow their income and career. You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers while developing the skills needed to succeed in a high-performing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Orientation & RV Delivery
· Conduct final walkthroughs and demonstrate RV systems, features, and components.
· Educate customers on safe operation of systems (electrical, water, propane, leveling, slide-outs, etc.)
· Review delivery paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
· Maintain detailed customer and delivery records.
Orientation Product Sales
· Recommend accessories, upgrades, and protection products during the orientation process.
· Present products in a helpful, customer-first approach
· Help customers enhance their RV experience with the right products.
· Work toward sales goals and performance targets.
· Earn additional income through performance-based incentives.
Delivery Coordination & Support
· Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure units are ready for delivery.
· Monitor pre-delivery progress and communicate updates to customers.
· Stay current on product updates, recalls, and new RV features.
Training & Development
· Participate in ongoing training and product education.
· Continuously build knowledge of RV systems, features, and accessories
· Follow a structured path from Sales Apprentice → Orientation Product Sales → RV Sales Professional
What We’re Looking For
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Mechanical aptitude (RV, automotive, marine, or related experience is a plus)
· Comfortable with product recommendations and performance-based sales
· Self-motivated with a desire to increase earnings and grow into a sales career.
· Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
· Ability to manage paperwork and follow through on tasks.
· Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Sales experience is a plus—but not required. We will train candidates who have the right attitude, mechanical aptitude, and drive to succeed.
Physical & Work Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods and walk customers through units.
· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
· Ability to climb into and around RV units and demonstrate features.
· Capable of light lifting and handling equipment as needed.
