• Perform regular application upkeep, assist with scheduled maintenance activities, and participate in after-hours support coverage as needed.
• Manage user access, role-based permissions, and departmental security settings to help maintain appropriate system controls.
• Partner with clinical operations teams to identify priorities, evaluate business needs, and translate them into system-related solutions.
• Deliver training and guidance to employees in both individual and group settings to promote confident and effective use of supported systems.
• Prepare reports, organize data, and provide analysis that supports operational decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.
• Assist with required annual reporting and contribute to the rollout of new clinical or regulatory technology solutions, including electronic reporting tools.
• Maintain clear system documentation and support efforts related to application security and compliance practices.
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or application support within a healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of EHR or EMR platforms, including hands-on support for clinical system users.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks and similar clinical applications used in provider or hospital settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, evaluate root causes, and communicate solutions clearly to end users.
• Experience managing user security, access levels, and application documentation.
