**Career Coach - Project Hire**
Support clients with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum
Disorder seek and maintain competitively paid employment.
- Responsibilities**:
- Develop individualized employment opportunities for each client
- Contact and educate potential employers regarding services and
Project Hire
- Provide on-the-job training and on-going support to clients and/or
their direct staff or job coach
- Complete required documentation and maintain communication with
client\'s team
Requirements
- Two years\' combination of skills, experience and/or education in
human services or related field
- Valid driver\'s License, use of a personal vehicle, and an
acceptable driving record
- Transporting clients is a requirement of this position

Structure
- Full time (37.5 hours)
- Non exempt
- AFSCME Union (dues will apply)
- Starting at \$21.79 an hour
