CNC Operator - 2nd Shift

Seeking a Machine Operator to produce high-quality aerospace and defense components.

Responsibilities Include

Operating assigned machines following setup instructions.
Making adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.
Inspecting parts using measurement tools for quality assurance.
Reporting issues and maintaining proper machine practices.
Ensuring production targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following safety policies and procedures.
Operating multiple machines as needed.
Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least 1 year of experience; machining experience is a plus.
Ability to interpret blueprints and measurement devices.
Strong work ethic, motivation, and team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
