Appointment Setter to join our team on a
Full-Time basis. This role is based in

As the first point of contact for many potential clients, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by scheduling qualified appointments for our sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients from provided lists via telephone and email to introduce HP Environmental's services.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and qualify them for our solutions.
- Clearly and professionally articulate our company's value proposition.
- Schedule high-quality appointments and meetings for our senior team members.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all communication and appointments in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
- Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a determined, results-oriented approach.
- The ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- An interest in the environmental services industry would be an advantage.
