Role Overview
We are seeking a
Boom Driver responsible for operating CDL trucks and boom truck equipment to safely lift, move, and position loads. The role involves planning routes, managing logistics, and ensuring timely deliveries in compliance with FMCSA regulations. The driver will load and unload cargo, operate forklifts, secure loads, and perform daily vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs. Adherence to hazardous materials regulations and accurate documentation are essential.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Class A or B license with a sound driving record
- Registered with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Current DOT medical card
- 1C Hydraulics license (Boom Truck)
- Experience with truck-mounted forklifts and Moffett equipment
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Strong teamwork skills
