## Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural, light construction, and other
equipment to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers by understanding
their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate equipment features and answer questions regarding
products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
- Prepare and present price quotes, sales contracts, and order forms;
negotiate contract details and payment terms.
- Follow up with clients after sales to provide support and resolve
any issues.
- Identify prospective customers through business directories,
referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct cold calls and on-site visits to current and potential
customers.
- Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor
offerings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records,
preparing reports, and managing expense accounts.
- Coordinate equipment set-up and deliveries with the service
department.
- Train customers employees on the operation and maintenance of new
equipment as needed.
- Attend training sessions as required by vendors and the company.
- Maintain a clean and professional work area and company vehicle,
including daily call logs and mileage records.
## Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver\'s license
