We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to lead Workday integration initiatives for a Long-term Contract position based in Rutland, Vermont. This role will partner with business teams, functional specialists, and external providers to shape scalable integration solutions, guide end-to-end delivery, and support comprehensive testing efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on knowledge of Workday integration tools and frameworks, along with the ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and drive high-quality outcomes across the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to define integration needs across HR, payroll, finance, and benefits processes.
• Design and oversee Workday integration solutions, including data mapping, transformation logic, exception handling, and monitoring approaches.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and third-party vendors to align technical delivery with business objectives and project timelines.
• Facilitate solution workshops and provide regular updates on progress, key risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Direct end-to-end testing activities by establishing validation approaches for unit, system, and integration testing to ensure reliable data flow.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, integration design artifacts, and governance-related records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure integration solutions follow security, compliance, and data privacy expectations while supporting operational stability.
• Evaluate current integration processes and recommend enhancements that improve automation, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• 5+ years of experience delivering Workday integrations in a lead or senior consultant capacity.
• Strong expertise with Workday integration technologies, including Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday web services.
• Practical knowledge of integration architecture, data transformation methods, interface design, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to manage stakeholder discussions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations, including design, build, testing, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio is preferred, but not required.
• Background in Workday ERP, Workday HCM, HRIS, and related enterprise integration environments.
