What You'll Do:
✅ Support youth and families throughout the permanency process
✅ Serve as a key liaison between youth, caregivers, state agencies, and community partners
✅ Utilize trauma-informed, strength-based, and youth-guided practices
✅ Facilitate family engagement and community connections
✅ Participate in treatment planning, court hearings, reviews, and case management
✅ Support youth with life skills, goal setting, and successful transitions
✅ Coordinate visits, appointments, meetings, and permanency-related activities
✅ Collaborate closely with clinical and permanency team members

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
