About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with Stellar Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized care and treatment plans to help them regain independence and improve their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
- Choosing activities that promote independence and daily living skills
- Monitoring resident progress and preparing detailed reports
- Rehabilitating residents with disabilities due to injury, illness, or other conditions
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Supervising COTAs as required
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current Vermont OTR or COTA License
- Experience in long-term care settings, preferred
