We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance in a facility supporting diverse industries such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Completing maintenance tasks on equipment like pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and mobile machinery
- Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software
- Operating tools, forklifts, and heavy equipment safely
- Interpreting schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment
- Performing other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance or electrical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, working at heights, and in various outdoor conditions
- Basic computer skills and planning experience
- Strong communication skills in English
Preferred Skills Include
- Forklift and leadership experience
- Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management
- Technical knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems and automation devices
- Ability to test, repair, and calibrate equipment and systems
