1099 / Independent Contractor

Starting Immediately through the end of the School Year 2026-7, with the potential to turn permanent or renew year over year

Pay:

$56+/hour, all hours paid (direct and indirect) at the same rate

Schedule:

Full-Time

40 hours per week (7:30a-3:30p Monday to Friday)

✅ About the Role

We’re seeking a Vermont-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to PreS–12th grade students in Vermont public schools.

Services include:

Conducting OT screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations
Providing student therapy sessions as outlined in their IEP
Writing, maintaining, and implementing IEPs and therapy documentation
Attending IEP meetings and participating in case management
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff

Caseloads are matched based on your availability and preferences with therapist-determined caseload caps.

✅ What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current NBCOT (desired)
Current Vermont State OT license (required)
1 year of school-based experience (preferred but not required)
