Your day-to-day as an Industrial Recruiter:
- Own the full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients
- Source, screen, and select well-matched candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators
- Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, AI tools, events, and referrals
- Develop meaningful relationships with client companies, communicate proactively, and deliver a first-class customer experience
- Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate pay rates, close placements, and overcome objections
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs
- Master the ETS internal tech stack including CRM, communication platforms, Google Workspace, and AI platforms
- Positively contribute to ETS culture and enhance our brand and reputation
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. New grads encouraged to apply
- 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI and social media as part of a recruiting strategy
- Motivated by a commission-based compensation structure
- Team player with a track record of making the people around you better

- Base salary of $50,000-$60,000 plus generous commission structure with unlimited earning potential
