Responsibilities: Implement research-based behavior interventions, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
Additional duties: Coach staff in positive behavior strategies and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques, data analysis skills, and ability to work collaboratively. Excellent communication and coaching abilities are essential.
