We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and plans together to get meaningful work done.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding projects from the early planning stage through completion. You’ll work closely with different teams, keep everyone aligned, manage timelines and priorities, and make sure the details don’t get lost along the way.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is organized, practical, and comfortable working with people. You don’t need to have every answer on day one, but you should know how to ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and keep things moving when challenges come up.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from planning through delivery, keeping scope, timelines, and priorities on track.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
- Build project plans, establish milestones, and make sure responsibilities are clear.
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and work with the right people to resolve issues.
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear, timely, and straightforward communication.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, action items, and important project documentation.
- Help teams stay focused when priorities change or unexpected challenges come up.
- Track project budgets, resources, and timelines where required.
- Look for better ways to improve how projects are planned, managed, and delivered.
- Step in when something is unclear and help turn it into a practical next step.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to work well with different personalities and teams.
- A practical approach to solving problems rather than simply pointing them out.
- The ability to manage several priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Comfort working with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail without getting stuck in the details.
- Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
What Will Make You Successful
You’re someone people can rely on. When you say you’ll follow up, you do. When a project starts to drift, you notice it and take action. When there’s a difficult conversation to have, you don’t avoid it.
You understand that project management is not just about schedules, spreadsheets, and status updates. It’s about people. It’s about creating clarity, building trust, removing roadblocks, and helping a team do its best work.
Why Join Us
We want people to feel that their work matters and that their contribution is noticed. You’ll have the opportunity to work with talented people, take ownership of meaningful projects, and have a real say in how we improve the way we work.
If you’re the kind of Project Manager who likes turning plans into progress and enjoys seeing a team succeed together, we’d love to hear from you.
