Role: Binder Operator

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials such as reports, books, and collateral.
Read job tickets to ensure accurate cutting, folding, and binding.
Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
Collaborate with account and production teams to meet deadlines.
Uphold safety and maintenance standards to ensure smooth operations.
Support the timely delivery of finished, client-ready materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with bindery or finishing equipment preferred.
Attention to detail and quality control skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
