We're looking for an In-Market Field Recruiter to execute local candidate attraction activities, community outreach, hiring events, and grassroots recruiting initiatives within an assigned market.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must live in or near the assigned market
- Reliable personal transportation for local travel
- Experience with community outreach, canvassing, recruiting, staffing, or grassroots marketing preferred
- Comfortable engaging with community members, businesses, and employees
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and activity tracking skills
- Ability to work independently using a defined playbook
- Flexible availability for a 32-hour weekly schedule, including occasional weekends, early mornings, or evenings
- Event support or coordination experience is a plus
