Role: RN or LPN for a specialized Memory Care unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with cognitive impairments and dementia-related conditions.
- Implement and support personalized patient care plans.
- Deliver respectful and empathetic interactions to improve patients' quality of life.
- Maintain clinical excellence through skilled nursing or LPN duties.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN or LPN license.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in memory or dementia care preferred.
