We are seeking a full-time team member in a specialized manufacturing environment, supporting diverse markets such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Operating equipment like mixers, mills, grinders, and packing machinery to produce quality products.
- Monitoring tank levels, collecting samples, and recording data using computer systems.
- Ensuring products meet specifications and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
- Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
- Collaborating with team members to improve operations and promote teamwork.
- Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications And Skills
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and dust, with PPE.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, climb, and perform other physical tasks.
- Effective communication in English and basic computer skills.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; 18 years or older.
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, nights, or weekends with notice.
Preferred Experience Includes
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Prior production work experience.
