Job Summary
Individual will be working in a regulated manufacturing setting (ISO 13485), as a maintenance mechanic repairing and maintaining various production machines, instruments, and tools. Must be comfortable troubleshooting and be mechanically inclined. The leading candidate will also have experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and quality equipment, instruments, and tools.
- Proficient at maintenance systems to track maintenance records, critical parts stock, preventative maintenance schedules, etc.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Repair, maintain and install low/line voltage electrical systems, appliances and fixtures.
- Move, install and adjust manufacturing equipment, appliances, fixtures, motors and other electrical/mechanical equipment for safety.
- Assist with facility repairs and maintenance and perform other duties as assigned.
- Request assistance from others for any problems beyond area of knowledge or expertise.
- Proficient and safe use of a variety of hand and power tools.
- Make routine checks on equipment; document status; complete necessary reports.
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Willing to adhere to safety requirements.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Successful track record of accepting responsibility.
- Maintain awareness on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain awareness on company objectives.
- Maintain awareness of OSHA safety and company ISO Standards.
- Support the Company’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of four years maintenance trades experience.
- Must have troubleshooting and electrical experience.
- Calibration and documentation experience a plus.
- Thermoplastic processing experience is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Viewing a computer screen for extended period of time
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasional bending and stooping required
- Walking, standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time
