- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Shift Length: 8 Hours
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
- Follow infection-control procedures and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients.
✅ Requirements
- Active LPN license eligible to practice in Vermont.
- Current BLS certification , as required by the facility.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the assignment.
