Role: Pharmacist, Antimicrobial Stewardship
Responsibilities
- Review and adjust antimicrobial therapy to ensure safe and effective use.
- Monitor resistance patterns and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct prospective audit and feedback to optimize antimicrobial use.
- Develop guidelines and order sets for antimicrobial management.
- Provide education to providers on antimicrobial stewardship best practices.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and pharmacy committees to support hospital initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of antimicrobial agents, resistance trends, and stewardship principles.
