CNC Programmer / Process Engineer
$35–$38/HR Equivalent | DAY SHIFT | MONDAY–FRIDAY

We're working with an established precision manufacturing company in the South Deerfield area looking to add someone with Mastercam programming experience to their team.

WHAT YOU NEED
At least 1 year of experience programming with Mastercam.
That's our main requirement.
- CNC machining knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good work ethic
- Willingness to pitch in and help the team
No engineering degree required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam
- Work with CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment
- Help troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Improve setups, tooling, and manufacturing processes
- Work alongside machinists and the production team
