Staff Psychologist
Provide evidence-based psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and consultation within an academic health system. Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment to support diverse patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver psychotherapy using empirically supported approaches.
- Provide consultation to support integrated, interdisciplinary care planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to address complex behavioral health needs.
- Contribute to teaching and supervision of trainees and staff.
- Engage in research and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
