Goss Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep Fiat is looking for a Body Shop Manager to lead our team in South Burlington, VT.

In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive productivity, support a talented team of technicians, and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience from estimate to delivery.

What You'll Do

Manage daily body shop operations and production workflow
Lead, coach, and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
Monitor repair quality, cycle times, and shop efficiency
Work directly with insurance partners, customers, and vendors
Review estimates, supplements, and repair orders for accuracy
Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Drive profitability through effective scheduling and process improvement

What We're Looking For

3+ years of body shop or collision center management experience preferred but will consider candidates with strong estimating and insurance adjustor type experience.
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating systems
Experience working with insurance claims and DRP programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

$85,000 - $130,000+ annually, based on experience, plus performance incentives.
