About
I’m an outdoor adventure professional, non-profit leader, and higher ed specialist with a track record of driving impact at scale.
My background spans leading operations for the largest collegiate outdoor adventure program in the US, directing international expeditions in both the public and private sectors (from university programs in New Zealand and South America to remote bikepacking operations in Iceland), teaching accredited courses in experiential education, and instructing for Voyageur Outward Bound School. Most recently, I served North Carolina’s largest city park, managing operations for some of the state's highest-attended public events.
Alongside my operational roles, I contribute to national non-profit governance on the Board of Directors for AORE and the Next Generation Advisory Council for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. I also founder and direct a memorial grant initiative in honor of my late sister, HalieAnn, removing financial barriers to get women, trans, and non-binary individuals into transformative outdoor experiences.
Across every sector, my work is driven by a commitment to serving my community and empowering the next generation—using experiential education to expand outdoor access, foster personal growth, and connect emerging leaders to transformative opportunities.
