I’m currently partnering with a global workforce and staffing organisation looking to appoint a Recruiter to join their South Burlington team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in fast-paced environments and helping connect candidates with meaningful career opportunities across a wide range of industries.
The role will focus on full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, client support and workforce planning across temporary, temp-to-perm and direct hire recruitment activity.
Key responsibilities include:
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates across multiple disciplines
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Supporting recruitment strategy and workforce planning initiatives
• Managing job postings, applicant tracking systems and recruitment activity
• Coaching candidates on CV preparation and interview readiness
• Building long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs
• Supporting associate engagement, retention and redeployment initiatives
• Monitoring recruitment market trends and competitor activity
• Supporting daily branch operations and recruitment KPIs
What they’re looking for:
• 1–3 years’ recruitment, staffing or relevant experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask within fast-moving environments
• Strong organisational and customer service capability
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
