We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Wilmington team, someone who thrives on building relationships, developing people, and being a visible presence in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure welcoming, efficient customer experience
- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
- Grow customer relationships and drive business development in the Wilmington area
- Partner with Mortgage and Commercial teams to support customers’ full financial needs
- Set and achieve deposit and sales goals
- Originate consumer loans and identify new opportunities for business growth
- Be active in the community - events, networking, and local partnerships
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience with a passion for developing others
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in banking, lending, or retail financial services
- Business development mindset with comfort in goal-based environments
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to community involvement
