Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Vermont physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Must be able to start quickly and be comfortable treating typical SNF caseloads.
- Ability to split time between two local skilled nursing locations and adapt to multiple site workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience is preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records used in outpatient and long-term care settings is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Position will split time between two Brattleboro, VT skilled nursing locations.
- Must have SNF experience and be able to integrate into existing care teams promptly.
- Pay is based on 36 hours.
