Boule Bakery is looking to add an experienced bread and pastry baker to our team. Job duties would include preparing and baking sourdough 3 days per week, and then proofing and baking croissants, cookies and pastries to set up the display case for the morning the other two days of the week.
The right candidate should have the following:
- Some experience in a commercial kitchen setting, not necessarily in a bakery but any kitchen experience is necessary.
- An interest or experience in baking and pastry
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to start between 3 and 5 am
