Position: Product Manager Location: Remote Duration: Long term Job Summary

Lead and manage healthcare technology product initiatives, focusing on Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and health information systems.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system implementation for enterprise-level applications.
Work in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, interoperability, HIPAA, data privacy, and security regulations.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and strategic direction.
Support projects involving government agencies, healthcare organizations, Medicaid programs, or public sector initiatives.
Utilize expertise in cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive project success.
Maintain up-to-date certifications and training in cybersecurity, HIPAA, state compliance, CJIS, and relevant professional certifications (PMP, IIBA, Prosci).
Preferred experience with the State of Vermont and public sector healthcare IT projects.
