The Equipment Repair Supervisor is responsible for managing Dynapower's in-house Repairs function for our power conversion equipment and supervising the Equipment Repair team.
General Responsibilities
- Focus on equipment OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) improvement and conducting effective preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to prevent machine unscheduled shutdown
- Conducts equipment evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met
- Keep records of equipment failures and provide needed information and data to upper management
- Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use
- Supervises personnel and participates in coaching, training employees, and employee performance evaluations
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate costing, pricing, and processes to be used in the Repairs program
- Communicate with customers whose equipment is being repaired under warranty
Additional Experience
- Experience with SCR/Power Electronics equipment
Base Salary Range:
$84,320.00 - $115,940.00
