Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role for our Government client, located in Burlington, VT. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone interactions professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include performing general clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, responding to inquiries, and coordinating office support activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties proficiency, with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems and welcome visitors professionally
- Knowledge of clerical skills, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and staff
- Customer service abilities to provide a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors and callers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Undergraduate Degree is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- MUST be a U.S. Citizen
