Leader Distribution Systems, Inc is in the business of beverage distribution -We deliver products to 3 counties in Southern Vermont and 2 counties in Western Massachusetts. Drivers WILL be required to move product into most locations, handle up to 50lbs and pack-out coolers where necessary. This position is PHYSICALLY DEMANDING, this is NOT just a driving job. Pay starts at $25.50/hr.
CDL- Driver Responsibilities:
- CDL-Drivers deliver to large chain stores, local convenience stores, schools/ski areas and gas stations.
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with customers and the public
CDL- Driver Benefits:

We are seeking a motivated Route Driver to join our team in delivering quality products to our customers. This role is essential in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction. Located in Brattleboro, Vermont, this position plays a vital part in our mission of providing excellent service and maintaining strong community ties.
Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Unload and Merchandise products while ensuring proper ergonomic handling.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with Route Manager regarding any issues or delays.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL B).
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles a benefit, but NOT required.
- Good communication skills with Route Manager, Salesmen and Customers
- Ability to lift heavy product and perform physical tasks multiple times daily.
