Join our Brandon, VT warehouse team as a
Forklift Operator II and play a key role in keeping materials moving safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the facility. This hands-on position is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who values safety, reliability, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will safely transport, stage, load, unload, and organize materials while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production operations. Success in this position requires strong equipment operating skills, a commitment to maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and the ability to help ensure materials are delivered where they are needed—on time and with accuracy.

Pay Range
$22.50-$24.50 per hour
Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill level and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, load, unload, rotate, and store materials across warehouse and production support areas.
- Keep daily workflow moving by supporting inbound and outbound material movement with warehouse, production, and shipping teams.
- Complete inventory transactions, shipping documents, receiving records, and warehouse documentation accurately and on time.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, staging concerns, or shipment readiness issues and communicate them promptly.
- Contribute to clean, organized, safe, and audit-ready warehouse areas.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Current forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain and maintain company-required certification.
- 2-5 years of warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
- Demonstrated safe operating record and dependable work habits.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate inventory and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and shipping teams.
